East End Pubs: A celebration of East London's most iconic boozers

In partnership with my long-term creative partner, photographer Tim George, I am delighted to introduce my first book. Exploring the backstreet boozers of the East End was the subliminal genesis of London Pub Explorer 17 years ago which I then started recording online from 2016. This led to my website and walking tours.

East End Pubs, published by Hoxton Mini Press, is the satisfying culmination of years of exploring, researching and imbibing in the pubs of an intoxicating area. Once the East End gets into your bloodstream, it permanently infects you with its mysterious past and ever evolving culture. The book celebrates over 60 of the most iconic and interesting boozers as recorded in 2023.
